The closed area has a tile floor with a plaster ceiling suspended on an aluminum structure and a Tejalit roof on a metal structure. The windows have shutters with aluminum frames and iron bars for security. The walls are reinforced concrete, plastered and painted on both sides, with decorative coating on one of the walls of the living-dining room. The bathroom has imported appliances and tiles on the walls up to half the height. The kitchen has a simple stainless steel sink built into a laminated wood countertop. It also has modular furniture.
