Hello Maylin & Casa Solution Closing Team,
Thank you for facilitating the successful closing of our beautiful home in Cerro Verde. Rosi is already onsite and absolutely loves living there. I look forward to joining her at “Casa Cumbre” in two weeks.
My experience with Casa Solution, our closing team, and the guidance provided by Mrs. Lauretta Bonfiglio was excellent:
My first encounter with Casa Solution was via the website, prior to my ever visiting Panama. And when Rosi and I first visited the Casa Solution sales office in Boquete, everyone we spoke with was very friendly, accommodating, and non-pushy. We asked questions and got answers.
Similarly, when Rosi and I met with Maylin and your closing team for the first time, you were so friendly, accommodating, pragmatic, and straightforward that I was at first suspicious! And then, as the closing process unfolded, I came to accept the reality that you were all indeed genuine. During the actual back-and-forth communications via WhatsApp and via email, you, along with Juan Aguilera Franceschi, patiently (and calmly!) explained things that I did not fully understand, and clarified misunderstandings. What I liked most about the entire process was the collaboration and openness of everyone involved – the Casa Solution closing team, our realtor (Lauretta Bonfiglio), the sellers’ consultor (Maggie), our attorney (Juan Aguilera Franceschi), the sellers’ attorney (Julia Martinez), and the sellers themselves (Bill Ely & Michele Downey). Everyone worked toward properly facilitating a successful transaction.
Lauretta Bonfiglio was referred to us by one of Lauretta’s former clients – and what a fortuitus referral! If it weren’t for Lauretta, we would not have considered purchasing “Casa Cumbre.” By asking questions, listening, blunt talk and great discussions, as we were looking at homes and lots in the Boquete area, Lauretta was the one who figured out that “Casa Cumbre” might indeed be the right house for Rosi and me. Lauretta suggested ways in which we could make the purchase, she referred us to a great real estate attorney (Juan Aguilera), she guided us through the Purchase Offer process, she helped with the inspection (including an explanation for how to manage two items identified by the inspector), and she explained to Rosi and me the “closing team” approach to facilitating the real estate transaction. I love Lauretta’s frank, direct, energetic, creative, can-do demeanor. Rosi and I now consider Lauretta a good friend.
