Casa Solution, a leading real estate company in Panama, is seeking a Coronado Area Manager to oversee and optimize operations in the Coronado region. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on listings execution, process consistency, client service, and team coordination.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all real estate activities in the area run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.

What You’ll Do

Operations & Process Management

• Oversee day-to-day real estate operations in the Coronado area
• Ensure all listings are properly implemented, updated, and maintained
• Enforce company standards for listing quality, documentation, and timelines
• Coordinate with listings, marketing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth execution
• Identify inefficiencies and improve processes to increase operational performance

Listings Oversight & Quality Control

• Ensure consistent growth and maintenance of high-quality property inventory
• Monitor listing accuracy, completeness, and presentation across all platforms
• Support proper implementation of listing agreements and activation steps
• Track key metrics related to listings, performance, and activity in the region

Team Coordination & Accountability

• Coordinate and support agents and team members operating in the area
• Ensure adherence to company processes and operational standards
• Provide structure, follow-up, and accountability to maintain performance
• Act as the key point of contact between the Coronado team and central operations

Client Experience & Support

• Ensure high standards of responsiveness and professionalism in all client interactions
• Support issue resolution and maintain smooth communication between clients and agents
• Help ensure a consistent and positive experience for both buyers and sellers

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Real Estate Agent
• Experience in real estate operations, coordination, or management
• Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple processes, people, and priorities simultaneously
• Process-driven mindset with a focus on consistency and follow-through
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• English required
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Coronado area
