Under this concept, the land would be acquired alongside preliminary project documentation and development stages.

Indicative staged payment structure:

$500,000 – Upon registration of the land title transfer.
At this stage, the project valuation of the land is estimated at $1.2M, including preliminary project works.

$300,000 – Upon approval of the Main License, at which point the estimated project land valuation increases to $3.4M.

$400,000 – Upon signing of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), at which stage the projected land valuation increases to approximately $5.5M.

Following the construction phase, which is estimated at approximately $4M, the projected land value within the completed energy project structure could reach approximately $30M, based on projected annual revenue estimates of approximately $3.8M.

It is important to note that under this structure the buyer initially commits up to approximately 50% of the land value together with preliminary project documentation. After licensing approval and PPA signature, additional payments represent a smaller percentage of the projected land value within the full energy project.
