As a note, I know Tony was a contractor to show up properties, but he was amazing. Top notch. Also, the whole team really did go far above and beyond, from Janeth helping us on weekends, Chyrlyn arranging or us to drop off things early at the condo, Maylin even driving us down to Boquete to help with signing the deed, so many small touches. "From start to finish, the Casa Solution Team was with us all the way. The entire sales team was second to none — personally hands-on and professional throughout the listing, showing, and selling of our home. It was refreshing to work with an entire sales team who were aggressively proactive and not reactive to our needs. If we had a question, we could call, text, or email anytime, day or night, and within a short time we would have a response.
At one point, we were in a slow period of having people view our home, but Brian and Zuheydee never let that stop them from trying to generate interest and bring people to take a look at our home. They kept assuring us that they would sell our home in a timely manner.
After hearing stories of how long it can take to sell high-end properties in Panama, we were skeptical at first when Casa Solution told us they were the premiere sales team and that they would see to it that our home sold and that we would get a fair price. They were correct about everything they told us. They never made hollow promises, but they always gave us honest opinions and sound advice.
When the right buyer came along and fell in love with our home, the Casa Solution team took us under their wings and made every part of the transaction as smooth and seamless as possible.
